Book a Normatec Session

You may have heard me talking about the Normatec boots I picked up recently for the gym. They are a great addition to any training regimen. Normatec boots are an effective way to accelerate recovery, enhance performance, and reduce discomfort after exercise. You feel like you received a massage, and lying down while they work their magic for 30 or 60 minutes is a great post-session protocol. It also helps shift your body into a more relaxed state.


Benefits:


  • Improved Circulation: The boots use dynamic compression to promote blood flow, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients to muscles faster, which aids in recovery.


  • Reduced Muscle Soreness: By enhancing circulation and reducing inflammation, they help minimize post-workout soreness (DOMS).


  • Faster Recovery Time: Regular use can reduce the time needed to recover between workouts by flushing out metabolic waste products and promoting better lymphatic drainage.


  • Decreased Swelling: The massage-like compression helps reduce swelling and improves mobility, which is especially beneficial after intense exercise or injury.


  • Relaxation: Many users find the gentle compression soothing, helping to relieve tension and promote overall relaxation.


How to Book a Session:


You can book a 30 or 60-minute session via the website HERE. Below you can view the screens that you will see throughout the booking process. Booking before or after your training session is an ideal way to get the most from the Normatec boots.

How to book via our Instagram profile


Every Pillars of Health member has one free session to test out the Normatec boots. Please contact me directly to arrange yours.


Availability is updated weekly and sessions can only be booked for the week ahead. All sessions will need to be approved in order to make sure I am able to get you set up before my next personal training session. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session start time.

I am also pleased to announce that we will soon have a drinks refrigerator in the gym stocked with protein drinks, coffee and gatorade.


Protein for after your workout, coffee if you need a pick me up and gatorade to replenish those valuable electrolytes.
