This is the perfect gym for anyone who has resistance to working out and is interested in a wholistic approach. After years of starting and stopping various exercise programs, I started working out with Jonathan 6 months ago, and I love it. I now go twice a week, once on my own and once with a friend for a joint session. The gym is, simply, a very appealing place to be. It's open, airy, and very clean. Jonathan and Chris are warm, knowledgable, prepared, and keep things challenging without making it stressful. It's actually fun, while at the same time being serious. After 6 months, I am much stronger and fitter, and I've learned quite a bit about the benefits of exercise and about health in general. Highly recommend.

The training programs are tailored to what you need as an individual and the space as clean and has a ton of equipment to use. Being referred to Jonathan for strength training was such a win. He is very professional, organized and knowledgeable. He is also friendly, funny, and caring. I had the good fortune to train with Jonathan in Boston for three years. I'm not someone who loves working out but Jonathan has always made it both fun and motivating. Jonathan trained me for four years. He is a great coach and a tremendous person to spend time with, funny and easy going. He quickly understood my training needs and developed a custom training program. That program helped me both feel great and improve my performance across the board from running to basketball to hiking. Perhaps even more importantly he quickly learned how best to motivate me, something I didn't realize until months had gone by. Strength training with Jonathan was always something I looked forward to, which had never been the case prior to working with him.

He was also great when it came to explaining why we are doing certain exercises and where i should feel them. He made a specific plan catered to areas I wanted to work on.
