Where are you located?
The Pillars of Health trains out of Connect Health & Performance at 471 Somerville Ave in Somerville. My good friend Chris owns Connect which is a private training studio located right down the street from the Cambria Hotel.
How do I get started?

What services do you offer?
I offer Personal Training (1:1), Small Group Training (1:4) and Independent Training (Programming) and Virtual Training via Zoom. Click the lik HERE to view the different services and pricing.
How does the billing work?
Everyone starts with an initial three month commitment with billing running every 28 days.
Who do you work with?
I provide training for people in all walks of life, but my main clientele are working professionals and athletes. I help working professionals of all ages who want to create a sustainable training habit that helps them feel better, restore movement, and lose fat along the way.

I work with athletes 1-on-1 and in a team setting to optimize strength and performance. I also design and implement pre-season conditoning plans for soccer and gaelic football teams to help them prepare for the season ahead.
What is your cancelation policy?
For Personal Training and Small Group Training we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all training services. Further contract information including cancellation policy is available upon request.
Do you provide programming for my own workouts?
For current Personal Training and Small Group Training clients, I provide additional days of programming for $50 per day.

We also offer a Personal Training Program membership. You get a monthly program via the TrueCoach app and also 1 x 60 minute Personal Training session to go over your new program each month. Minimum 3 month commit.

How does virtual training work?
Virtual sessions are done over zoom. Training packs of 8, 16 and 24 sessions are available.
The 24 hour cancellation policy is also applicable here.
What type of music is usually playing in the gym?
This can vary greatly from classic soul and funk to 90's hip-hop to traditional Irish music! Better bring your dancing shoes for when the Dubliners playlist is cued up!
Are Seinfeld quotes allowed?
