Strength training has played a huge role throughout my life. I initially incorporated it to help bolster my chances at a soccer scholarship to the US.

I grew up in Ireland, an avid Liverpool FC. supporter, where my biggest aspirations were to play football as much as humanly possible, eventually earning the opportunity to play in the US.

After graduation, the transition from being a student-athlete to balancing work, life, and training goals was a huge eye-opener. When it is no longer your job to train, things get more complicated, and time is of the essence.

With intelligent programming and consistent training, I was able to continue pushing my physical limits, overcoming various injuries, and continuing to play sports at a competitive level.

My goal as a coach is to help you realize that this is possible for you too. While your goals may look different than mine, you too can push your limits and improve your overall quality of life.

No matter where you are in life, and what your previous training history is, it is never too late to start reaping the rewards of strength training and it is a coach’s job to educate and empower you and show you what you’re capable of.

I currently live in Somerville with my wife Eirinn and our dog Remy!
